 · Index 745 Mill Rebuild. My dad is slowing down his machine shop and he gave me a Wells-Index 745 vertical mill. I am going to convert this to a 110V motor and get rid of the power feeds. The power feeds are 1/4hp 3 phase, my garage does not even have a 220 line so those are out along with the 3ph motor.
